Description
These Cinnamon stick are a thick bark spice very popular in Asian cooking for its richness. The thinner barked cinnamon stick is preferred where a delicate sweeter flavour is needed. In India it is known as Dalchini and is widely used in cooking savoury and sweet dishes, working well in dishes requiring a longer cooking time like stews and curries.
